Village people catching fish for surviving at Loktak Lake.
During the time of Pakhangba reigns people were worshiping Atingkok Maru Sidaba. Atingkok Maru Sidaba has two sons they are Sanamahi and Pakhangba. According to hindu Meitei belief they are incarnation by God. Sanamahi is the elder brother of Pakhangba. Pakhangba reigns all over Manipur and Sanamahi reigns all over the houses of Meitei. As well as Pakhangba shows his image like snake too. He is the first king in Manipur . People of Manipur worship him as God. Due to the concept of Meitei people's faith on Atingkok Maru Sidaba, Sanamahi and Pakhangba as their savior very hard to convince them about Jesus Christ. Therefore many devotees are there who strongly opposed on christianity in this era.
Among the people of valley and hills they wanted to come out from the bondage of their culture but they can't because they afraid the harassment of people. If they came nobody mingle with them and not allowed to join any event which is conducted by the people in their respective areas. And some places not allowed to buy anything from the respective village shops also. This are the main source they didn't come to Christ.
Still many people were living in poverty line so they live by hand to mouth. Whole night catching fish from the Loktak Lake and make it dry fish without taking rest. Sell it to the market for surviving their family. Very hard condition they live . By seeing all this things we had a great burden and start this MIZPHA MINISTRY.
MIZPHA Ministry since 2005
Statement of starting MISSION :
MIZPHA Ministry is started in the year of 2005. Vision and mission of MIZPHA Ministry is " Reaching the unreached people ". Manipur was an independent sovereign Kingdom ruled by Meitei dynasty but at different point of time it was invaded and rule over by other state and authority. Kangleipak State developed under king Loiyumba with its first written constitution in the early 12th century. Manipur under the 18th century king Pamheiba saw the legendary burning of sacred scripture. Manipur became a princely state under British rule in 1891 after the Anglo - Manipur war , the last of the independent state to be incorporate into British India. During the Second World War , Manipur was the scene of battles between Japanese and Allied forces. After the war, Maharaja Bodhachandra signed a Treaty of Accession merging the kingdom into India. It was made union territory in 1956 and a full- fledged state in 21 January 1972. Then hinduism spreads everywhere in the valley of MANIPUR quite stronger. So valley people blinded by the culture of hindu ritual things. Very hard to convince to them about the love of Jesus Christ. Therefore we had a vision of reaching the unreached people. God's love for all people and nations - Psalm 96: 7-9 . God doesn't delight in the perish of the wicked or lost. The false gods and religions are all being pursued in vain too. In the end there will be no savior or God to rescue or give the benifits of these false gods and religions because they were all empty promises. That makes feel compassion for those lost in these lies. There I one true God, our creator and we all belongs in relationship with Him.Then we start ministry without any support. Still we don't have any sponsored we stand by faith. But never give up our vision and mission till now. We conduct once in a month in different places. Nowadays people were thinking more survival then spiritual.

Outreached program at Uyal , Thoubal District , Manipur
Uyal is a small village under Thoubal District. It' about 23km from Imphal and 4km from Thoubal city. Still most of the people living in darkness. They knew who is Jesus by their heart are so hearden. Several times evangelized the gospel in this village by many missions. But they are so orthodox in their ritual things. By the grace of God Lord open the door in this village for conducting an outreached. In this day we invited 30 people for the program among them 15 people came for confession prayer. It was a wonderful time as well as praising to God . Please keep in touch for this village and the new believer those who stand for confession prayer.
Spiritual Awakening service
Sometime Spiritual Awakening program is also needed for the believer. Whenever they have some problem they always trying excuse from attending service. After that they feel shy to attend among the congregation. Spiritual Awakening is one of the project for lifting up from the fall . Therefore we personally invite those who are fall for the reconciliation to Christ again.On this day Rev.Dr. Nandarani Chingtham and Rev.Dr. Shyamo Sarangthem deliever the word of God. Through them Lord motivated the believer once again.Praise God.
Outreached program at Balaram Khul
Balaram Khul is a small village under Imphal West District. It's 15 km from Imphal City but the people who are living there is so orthodox in their old hindu ritual things. Still their mind are set up into old traditions. In this village one of our friend name pastor Ranjit serving the Lord .As he told us we made a arrangement for outreached program.Indeed we done have any support for this program,we fix the date and start praying. We depend on Him because it is not our physical enjoyment, it is for the expansion of His Kingdom. Right before the conclusion of meetingwe made an altercall there most of them came up for confession prayer. Praise God Lord has done wonderful things in this village . Outreached program at Uripok Naoremthong ,Imphal West
Uripok Naoremthong is a place who fully occupied by the hindu people.Still there is lots of work need to be done. This district is one of the biggest which stayed by the hindu Meitei people. Very hard to convince about the love of Jesus Christ among them .But never give up in His command as a servant of God. As Jesus said to do the will of my Father is my food, we need to think about the lost soul too. By the grace of God on March 2024 in this area we could conduct an outreached program as well as awakening program . Please pray for this district.
Women Seminar
Conduct women seminar on April 2024 at CTPC Mantripukhri , Imphal. Developing women society is one of the important role for developing church. Women society took a big role for making good atmosphere in the church. Therefore women should have good charector, knowledge and prayerfull life for leading their child in the atmosphere of Christian family.
